Common questions

What does my first credit unlock?
30 days of account access plus 2 permanent tag slots. From credit two onwards, you choose how to spend each one: another 30 days of access, 2 extra tag slots for 30 days, or re-activate up to 2 expired tags for 30 days.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits you have purchased but not yet spent stay in your balance indefinitely.
How do subscriptions differ from credit packs?
A subscription automatically adds credits to your balance each billing cycle — handy for ongoing team access. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no commitment.
What happens when extra tag slots expire?
Tags created with extra slots become inactive when those slots expire — they cannot be scanned, but all data is kept. You can re-activate up to 2 expired tags at once by spending 1 credit, choosing which ones to restore. Your 2 permanent slots (from your first credit) never expire.
Can I get a refund?
One-time credit pack purchases can be self-refunded in the app within 14 days, provided the credits are unspent. Go to Account → Billing History and tap Refund — it is processed automatically. Subscription charges cannot be refunded; cancel to stop future billing. Spent credits are non-refundable.
